Materials

We machine all medical grades of implant and non-implant Stainless Steel, Titanium, Cobalt Chrome Moly (CCM/CCM+), Nitinol (NiTi), Exotic Alloys, Aluminum, Brass, and Polymers including PEEK, Polyethylene (UHMWPE) and others.

Tool Forming

Autocam Medical has extensive cutting tool manufacturing capabilities, including several 5-axis CNC cutter grinders, operated by toolmakers with extensive tool making and design experience. As a key supplier of machined components to the demanding Automotive industry, Autocam Corporation manufactures its own special drills, reamers and complex form tools for cutting some of the toughest metals in the industry.
